What happens to my listing if my subscription wasn't renewed?
If your subscription is not renewed or pending renewal fee payment, your account and all listings attached to the same will be suspended. Upon renewal of subscription, listings and overall trading access can be reinstated.

How can I verify the details in the coffee listing?
All specialty coffee listings on platform are accompanied by Q-grade report issued by an SCA certified grading agency and any proof of awards or certifications. Some listings also provide sample beans for independent verification.
Do I need to upload export/import documents?
Yes, the subscription process requires upload of relevant business registration document. For listings of specialty coffee (SCA Grade >79), you are required to upload supporting Q Grade report and Proof of Award (if applicable).
Can I save or favorite listings?
Yes, you can save or favorite listings by clicking the heart-shaped icon located at the far right of each listing. Favorited items can then be viewed in the "My Watchlist" module for easy access.
