What happens to my listing if my subscription wasn't renewed?
If your subscription is not renewed or if the renewal fee payment is pending, your account and all associated listings will be suspended. Upon renewal of the subscription, listings and overall trading access may be reinstated.

Yes, the subscription process requires upload of relevant business registration document. For listings of specialty coffee (SCA Grade >79), you are required to upload supporting Q Grade report and Proof of Award (if applicable).
