How long does it take before my listing gets approved?
Listings are typically reviewed and approved within 1 business day from the time of submission. During this period, Kaffea-X will verify the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, including whether the details entered on the listings form correspond with any supporting documentation submitted (e.g., SCA lab report or other certifications).
Approval is subject to Kaffea-X�s sole discretion and may be delayed or denied if the submission is incomplete, inconsistent, or fails to meet our listing requirements. Kaffea-X reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification before granting approval.

What happens if a bid expires?
No further actions are permitted on expired bids on the part of the buyer or the seller. Buyers are free to resubmit bids as long as the listing is live and there is outstanding inventory.
How can I verify the details in the coffee listing?
All specialty coffee listings on platform are accompanied by Q-grade report issued by an SCA certified grading agency and any proof of awards or certifications. Some listings also provide sample beans for independent verification.
What happens to my listing if my subscription wasn't renewed?
If your subscription is not renewed or pending renewal fee payment, your account and all listings attached to the same will be suspended. Upon renewal of subscription, listings and overall trading access can be reinstated.
Can I save or favorite listings?
Yes, you can save or favorite listings by clicking the heart-shaped icon located at the far right of each listing. Favorited items can then be viewed in the "My Watchlist" module for easy access.
