What is specialty coffee?
Specialty coffee refers to�high-quality coffee beans graded using the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scoring system. To qualify as specialty:
The green (unroasted) coffee must score 80 points or higher (out of 100) when evaluated by certified Q Graders.
It must be free of primary defects, with minimal secondary defects.
80�84.99 = Very Good
85�89.99 = Excellent
90�100 = Outstanding
