How to Delete Your KaffeaX Account

Requesting Account Deletion
Users can request to permanently delete their KaffeaX account and associated data through one of the following methods:
  1. Email Request: Send an email requesting account deletion to support@kaffeax.com from the email address registered with your KaffeaX account.
  2. Support Portal: Submit a support ticket through our official portal at: https://support.kaffeax.com/portal/en/newticket
For security purposes, we must verify your identity before processing the deletion request. The deletion process is typically completed within 30 days of successful verification. You will be notified via email once your account has been deleted.

Data Retention Policy
In accordance with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy, we retain some or all of your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for our legitimate business purposes and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, retaining data for purposes of resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and meeting security and compliance requirements.
All data handling and retention are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

Important Information
  1. Active Transactions: You are responsible for completing all active trades, pending activities, and other obligations before requesting deletion. Deletion requests may be delayed if there are unresolved transactions.
  2. Outstanding Payments: Account deletion may be restricted until all outstanding subscription fees or other dues are cleared.
  3. Subscription Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any amount already paid for an active subscription if you choose to delete your account.
  4. Unified Account: Deleting your account will remove your access and data from all KaffeaX platforms, including our web and mobile applications.
