I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
To reset your password:
Option 1
1. Log in to your Kaffea-X account.
2. Click on the Customer Service tab � this will take you to the Kaffea-X Help Center.
3. In the Help Center, click the Sign In tab.
4. Select Forgot Password.
5. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.To reset your password:

1. Visit the Kaffea-X login page at https://app.kaffeax.com/login
2. Below the Email and Password fields, click on Change Password.
3. You will be redirected to the password reset page.
4. Enter the registered email address associated with your account.
5. A verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email.
6. Enter the verification code.
7. Set your new password and click Change Password.
8. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your password has been successfully changed.
Notes: If you do not receive the OTP, please check your spam or junk folder.
