To reset your password:
1. Visit the Kaffea-X login page at https://app.kaffeax.com/login
2. Below the Email and Password fields, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter the registered email address associated with your account.
4. A verification code (OTP) will be sent to your email.
5. Enter the verification code.
6. Set your new password and click Reset Password.
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your password has been successfully changed.
 Notes: If you do not receive the OTP, please check your spam or junk folder.
