What if a trade is canceled?
If a trade is canceled within the 24 hour affirmation window, no penalties are applicable. For all cancelations beyond the affirmation window, (failure to sign contract, deposit funds, delivery, etc) penalty fees of up to 1% of total transaction value may be charged to all parties at fault.
