How is misconduct handled?

Users found in breach of Kaffea-X User Agreement, Rule Book and general protocols can be subject of financial penalties, including, but not limited to transaction fees, lost commissions, other assess damages. Repeat offenders and recipients of penalties may have their trading privileges and systems access restricted or altogether revoked on a temporary or permanent basis. Warning, penalties and suspensions are at the discretion of Kaffea-X Management.
